7 lb Pork Butt
Dry Rub
1 tbsp Ground Cumin
1 tbsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp Onion powder
1 tbsp Chili powder
1 tbsp Cayenne powder
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp Ground Pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
1/2 cup Brown sugar
Brine Solution
1/2 Salt
1/2 cup Brown sugar
2 quart water
3 tbsp Dry rub mix
2 Bay leaves

Create Dry Rub:
Create Brine and store in fridge for atleast 8 hrs.
Once done soaking place the pork butt in a pan and pat it done with paper towels.
Massage Dry Rub into the Pork Butt.
Place Pork Butt in a pan and place in the oven at 225°F. Allow it to cook 1.5 - 2 hours per pound.
Once allow allow it to sit in the oven until the temperature drops below 170°F remove from the oven and enjoy.
