Ingredients liver and onions
1 lb liver sliced
1 tbsp dijon mustard
2 clove garlic diced
1 tbsp white vinegar
2 tsp paprika
1 cube of pork stock
2 cup water
1 salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
1 large onion sliced
how to make liver and onions
season the liver with salt ,pepper ,paprika dijon and vinegar set aside
in a medium pan warm the olive oil and cook the onion and garlic until golden
add the liver cook in low heat about five minutes ,
add water increase the heat stir cover and cook for about 8 minutes
