Ingredients tomatoe pie

6 large tomatoes
1/2 small onion chopped
1 chopped basil

how to make tomatoe pie

scald and peel tomatoes

1/4 inch slices salt to taste

strain for 20 minutes

Layer in 9" deep pie shell

1 layer tomatoe, 1 layer basil,1 layervonions

Cover with 1 cup mayonaise cover wth 8 oz cheddar cheese and 8 oz mozzerella

Bake35-45 minutesxat 350°F
