taco macaroni salad

Ingredients taco macaroni salad


1 can 15 oz black beans drained and rinsed
1 can drained sweet corn
4 green onions chopped
3 roma tomatoes chopped
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 juice from 1 lime
1 box 16 oz elbow macaroni cooked and rinsed
1 cup jar salsa of your choice
1 cilantro to taste

Mix all ingredients together and store in air tight container in the refrigerator
