Ingredients strawberry whipped cream topping
1 cup cold heavy whipping Cream
1/3 cup good quality strawberry jam or jelly
3 tbsp confectioner's sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 or more drops of red food color if a pinker cream is wanted

Beat cream to soft peaks
Beat in strawberry jam, sugar and vanilla until it holds its shape, add a drop or 2 of red food color if you want a pinker color
This whipped cream is great for cakes, bars, brownies, to sandwich between cookies, to top puddinggs, or as a drink topping
