sausage veggie quiche

Ingredients sausage veggie quiche


3/4 lb sausage or hamburger
1 cup fresh mushrooms
1 box frozen spinach thawed/drained
1/2 cup red bell pepper
6 eggs
2/3 cup cream or milk
1 packages Pillsbury pie crust
1 deep dish 9in. pie pan

how to make sausage veggie quiche


preheat oven to 350°


place pie crust in pie pan and bake until just under golden brown. about 10 mins


cook sausage, cool to room temp.


slice mushroom/peppers, thoroughly drain spinach


whisk eggs and milk


mix sausage and veggies in bowl. pour in 1/2 egg mixture. combine until coated.


pour mixture into pie pan. pour remaining eggs over top. (add more whisked eggs if does not fill pan)


bake 20-40 mins or until outer edge is golden brown, middle dry, and inserted knife comes our clean
