Ingredients sausage hash brown breakfast casserole


1 lb Mild ground pork sausage
1 lb Hot ground pork sausage
1 packages Frozen harsh brown (30 ounces)
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
6 each Eggs -large
2 cup Milk

how to make sausage hash brown breakfast casserole


Cook sausage in large skillet over medium high heat, stir till sausage crumbles and no longer pink. Drain well.


Prepare hash brown according to package direction, use 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper.


Stir together hash brown, sausage, and cheese. Poor into a lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish.


Whisk together eggs, milk, and remaining 1 teaspoon salt. Pour evenly over potatoes mixture.


bake at 350* for 40 to 45 minutes.
