Ingredients chicken tikka pita pockets 200 g Chicken breast cubed 1 tbsp Garam masala 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Turmeric 1 pinch Dried red chilli 1/2 tsp Salt 2 cloves Garlic 1 thumb Fresh Ginger 4 tbsp Plain yoghurt 2 leaves Lettuce 2 Pita bread how to make chicken tikka pita pockets Measure out your garam masala, cumin, turmeric, salt and chilli into a bowl. Grate the garlic and ginger into a pulp and add the pulp to your bowl of spices. Mix well with a spoon. Next add the natural yoghurt and mix well. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and combine well with your hands. Let this sit in the fridge for 15 minutes. Carefully place each chicken piece under a medium/high grill for 5 mins each side. Don't be tempted to pan fry this chicken - it doesn't work well. Serve with lettuce in warm pita bread. With rice is another optional serving suggestion

Ingredients chicken and corn chowder 3 tbsp butter 4 medium carrots diced 1 packages frozen pepper stir fry 2 clove garlic minced 1/2 lb bacon chopped 3 tbsp flour 4 cup chicken broth 4 medium potatoes chopped 1 lb chicken breast cooked and chopped 1 lb frozen whole kernel corn 1 cup heavy cream 1 salt and pepper to taste 1 Tony Chacheres to taste how to make chicken and corn chowder Melt butter in large heavy bottom pan.
