pico de gallo

Ingredients pico de gallo


3 Ripe tomatoes chopped
1/2 Sweet onion finely chopped (I used Vidalia)
2 Jalapeño peppers finely chopped (include seeds for extra heat)
1 bunch Cilantro chopped
1 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste

how to make pico de gallo


Chop and mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate for a little or eat immediately. Serve with tortilla chips.
