peanut butter blondies

Ingredients peanut butter blondies


1 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 large eggs
tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 tsp salt

how to make peanut butter blondies


Cream together butter and light brown sugar. Add egg and vanilla until creamy and fluffy.


Add peanut butter to mixture until creamy.


In seperate bowl sift flour and salt. Slowly combine dry ingredients to wet ingredients.


Spread into greased 8X8 or 11X6 pan and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Blondies are done when toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
