Ingredients herb roasted potatoes garlic
3 lb red potatoes; medium dice
6 clove garlic; rough chop
2 tbsp rosemary; minced
2 tsp thyme; minced
1 olive oil; as needed
1 kosher salt and black pepper; as needed
