1 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1 cup sugar
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix together all 3 ingredients
Use a teaspoon per cookie. Roll in a ball. And place about an inch apart from other cookies.
Baked for 10-14 mins. Or until edges are golden brown and firm. (The middle will still be mushy, they will harden as they cool.) Lastly sprinkle with sugar and let cool for at least 10 mins.
