Ingredients creamy baked spaghetti
1 lb ground beef
12 oz spaghetti noodles
8 oz cream cheese
24 oz spaghetti sauce
1 can diced tomatoes
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
3/4 cup grated muenster cheese
1 small chopped onion
how to make creamy baked spaghetti
Preheat oven to 350
Brown ground beef with onion (I used frozen chopped). Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and canned tomatoes. Let simmer five minutes.
Boil spaghetti noodles. Once noodles are done, drain. Stir cream cheese, Italian seasonings and minced garlic into noodles.
Layer meat mixture, noodles, meat mixture then top with meunster.
Bake in oven until cheese melts.
