cheesy ham and potato casserole

Ingredients cheesy ham and potato casserole


1 packages county style shredded hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cup chedder cheese shredded
1/3 cup green onions sliced
2 cup diced ham
2 cup corn flakes crushed
1 pinch Cayenne pepper
1/4 cup butter melted

how to make cheesy ham and potato casserole


Pre heat oven to 350°F.


Coat a 13*9 inch baking dish with non stick cooking spray


In a large bowl mix soup, sour cream, salt and pepper


Stir in cheese, onion, ham, and hash browns and mix well


Spoon into baking dish


In a medium bowl mix ceral, cayenne pepper and butter toghether and sprinkle on top of hash brown mixture


Bake uncovered for about 1 hour


Let rest for 5 minutes then enjoy
