cheesy crockpot mac n cheese

Ingredients cheesy crockpot mac n cheese


1 box Elbow Macaroni (16oz)
1 can evaporated milk (12oz)
20 oz grated sharp cheddar cheese (about 5 cups)
2 large eggs beaten
1 1/2 cup whole milk (2% works as well)
1/4 cup butter MELTED
1 tsp salt
dash ground black pepper

how to make cheesy crockpot mac n cheese


Cook macaroni according pkg. directions and drain. Spray a 4-quart crockpot with cooking spray.


Add the macaroni, milk, eggs, evaporated milk, butter, salt, pepper, and ONLY 4 1/2 cups of shredded cheese into crockpot. Stir to combine.


Sprinkle the reserved 1/2 cup of shredded cheese over the top of the mixture. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours. (Do NOT stir during this time)


Turn off crockpot and stir well. Serve hot.
