2 lb chicken cut up in snall pieces
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup apple juice
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 cup water
1 clove garlic minced
3/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp ginger
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp cider vinegar
1/3 cup soy sauce

heat oil in skillet

add chicken cook until browned and remove from pan

mix remaining items and add to pan med heat until dissolved

add chicken bring to hard boil

reduce heat and simmer for 20 min. serve
