Ingredients blondies chicken strips


1 1/2 lb chicken tenders
2 cup flour
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp seasoning salt
1 tbsp black pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk

how to make blondies chicken strips


Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, seasoned salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in container and mix very well


Mix eggs and milk in another container


Preheat 350


Dredge chicken in flour mixture, pat off excess


Dip chicken in egg mixture and drain excess


Dregs chicken in flour mixture second time, set on plate and put them in the fridge for 20 mins to help them stick


Once oil is hot fry chicken batches for 5 mins and then drain it on a paper towel


Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
