1 lb lean ground beef
1 cup ketchup
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp yellow mustard
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion (chopped)

Drizzle olive oil in pan on medium heat until murky or hazy.

Add onion to pan and cook till transparent

Add beef and brown / drain grease

Add all other ingredients and salt and pepper to taste
