Ingredients whole pineapple baked chicken
1 whole chicken
1 can sliced pineapples
1/4 cup melted butter
1 salt and pepper
1 garlic powder
1 mcormic steak seosoning
how to make whole pineapple baked chicken
preheat oven to 250
place cleaned and rinsed whole chicken inti a deep casserole dish.pour melted butter over chicken than sprinkle all the seosonings on chicken coat good and rub it in all over
cover with foil
place in oven for one hour.
take out of oven and place pineapples on top of the chicken.cover and return to oven for additional hr.
cut oven up to 375 after the hour and remove foil.
bake for an additional 30minutes or until chicken krispy
make sure temp is at least 165
