Ingredients teriyaki chicken stir fry
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 lb chicken breast
12 oz mushrooms
12 oz sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
how to make teriyaki chicken stir fry
in a small bowl mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and vinegar. dissolve cornstarch in 1tbsp of water and stir into the sauce mixture; set aside
in a wok or large skillet over high heat, heat oil and stir fry chicken for two minutes
add vegetables and cook until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are soft
add sauce to skillet and cook until heated through and sauce has thickened
