lemon pepper pork chops

Ingredients lemon pepper pork chops


4 thick cut boneless pork chops
1/2 oz rosemary; minced
2 T peppercorn melange
2 T lemon peel seasoning
1 T garlic powder
1 T onion powder
2 t fresh thyme; minced
1 lemon; zested
as needed olive oil
1 large pinch kosher salt

how to make lemon pepper pork chops


Toss pork chops with enough olive oil to cover. Season. Bake at 400° for approximately 20-25°, depending on thickness, until thermometer reaches 145-155° or until desired doneness.


Garnish with lemon zest.
