Ingredients breakfast bombs
1 tube of 8 biscuits
8 breakfast sausage patties or 8 slices of bacon crumbled
4 eggs scrambled (seasoned & cooked)
4 slices of cheese cut in to quarters
1 butter for pan
how to make breakfast bombs
Cook sausage and or bacon
Cook eggs divide cheese
Remove biscuits from tube and roll out in to 5 inch circles
Stack cheese, egg, and sausage or bacon in the center of the biscuit dough.
Fold dough around sausage/egg/cheese.
Pinch to seal dough.
Place in buttered muffin pan, seam side down.
Bake, follow biscuit package directions.
Remove from oven, brush with butter, place on cooling rack. Cool before storing. To reheat, microwave for approximately 1 minute.
