wild blueberry sauce

Ingredients wild blueberry sauce


1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 1/2 cup blueberries

how to make wild blueberry sauce


Combine sugar and cornstarch.


Add water and lemon juice.


Bring to a boil.


Simmer until thickened.


Add blueberries and simmer for 2 minutes.


Serve warm over pancakes or cool for ice cream or cheesecake.


May be stored for up to 3 weeks in refrigerator.


Makes 1 2/3 cups.
