Ingredients wicked oreos

1 box Pancake mix
2 packages Oreo (about 24 cookies)
1/2 cup Confectioner's sugar (also icing sugar)
1 Vanilla ice cream (optional)
1 Candy sprinkles (optional)

how to make wicked oreos

Prepare the pancake mix according to the instructions on the box; however, less water should be used to make the mix thicker. Set aside.

Heat pan with enough oil to deep-fry the cookies. Set to low heat to avoid burning the cookies.

Submerge Oreo cookies into pancake mix until well coated. Find a metal soup serving spoon and scoop the Oreo from the pancake mix. Keep the Oreo coated by filling the soup serving spoon with the pancake mix.

Dip the soup serving spoon with the Oreo and pancake mix directly into the heated oil until the pancake cooks golden brown.

Take the soup serving spoon out and scrape off the Wicked Oreo with a spoon.

Sprinkle confectioner's sugar and candy sprinkles over the Wicked Oreos. Best served with vanilla ice cream.
