Ingredients waffles
Dry ingredients
2 cup flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
Wet ingredients
2 each eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup Milk (or almond milk)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
how to make waffles
Preheat waffle iron. Add oil if necessary to prevent sticking.
Place dry ingredients into a bowl. Whisk to combine ingredients.
In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients, whisk well until mixed.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth. Pour waffle batter as needed onto waffle iron. If batter is too thick: add milk. If too runny: add flour.
Cook until stream stops or add desired.
If you add too much batter, this will happen (see photo). Don't worry, adjust as needed.
