vegetable fried rice

Ingredients vegetable fried rice


1 onion minced
1 tsp garlic paste
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup boiled carrot chopped in small squares
2 cup boiled rice
1 a few green beans
1 pinch of black pepper
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 salt to taste
2 large eggs
3 tbsp veg oil & 2 tablespoons olive oil

how to make vegetable fried rice


Heat olive oil in a frying pan.


In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt & a pinch of black pepper.


Add to the heated oil in the frying pan and whisk well. Set aside.


In a large pan, add the veg oil and heat, then add the cumin seeds, soon as they start popping, add the onions & fry til transparent.


Add the garlic paste, fry a little then toss in all the vegetables, vinegar, salt, soy sauce & a pinch of blackpepper and fry for about 6-7 minutes.


Add the egg & mix well.


Lastly add the boiled rice and mix everything well.


Serve hot. Goes well with butter chicken. Recipe in my profile. ENJOYYY!
