Ingredients sweet stuffed peppers
1/2 lb sausage
1/3 envelope cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese.
6 Sweet red peppers

Cut peppers in half length wise.
Brown sausage
After sausage is done add cream cheese and shredded cheese. Mix until softened. Stuff peppers and cook on 300 for about 30 minutes or until peppers are softened. Add cheese on top and brown when done.
