seared boneless pork loin chops

Ingredients seared boneless pork loin chops


2 boneless pork loin chops (I use thick cut - about 1 1/4" thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 salt and pepper

how to make seared boneless pork loin chops


Heat oil in skillet over medium heat


Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper on both sides


Once pan and oil is heated thoroughly, add chops


Cook without moving for 4-5 minutes


Flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes


Remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing


*Times may vary depending on thickness of chop


**Internal temperature of pork should reach 145 * (after resting!) per USDA guidelines :)
