Ingredients peanutbutter sugar cookies
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 egg
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 stick butter

Preheat oven to 350
Cream the butter, sugar and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
Mix in flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
Mix in egg, peanut butter and vanilla extract until dough forms into a ball around the mixer.
Scoop out dough onto a ungreased cookie sheet. Dough balls should be about a table spoon in size. Smash down with a fork to make cross pattern on top.
Bake in the oven at 350 for about 20min. Cooking times vary depending on the oven so for some i'd say check on them after 15min.
Let cool and enjoy.
