Ingredients pasta primavera
12 oz frozen broccoli
2 small zucchini
1 lb linguini
1 clove garlic chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp basil
15 oz canned green peas drained
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup heavy cream
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
how to make pasta primavera
Slice zucchini into thin slices. Cook broccoli & zucchini in boiling salted water until crisp-tender. Drain; put in large bowl & set aside.
Cook linguini according to package directions; drain.
In large pan, saute oil, garlic, basil, peas, parsley, salt, black pepper, & red pepper until heated through. Add mixture to vegetables in bowl.
Melt butter in same pan. Stir in cream & cheese. Cook over medium heat; stirring constantly, until smooth. Add linguini. Toss to coat. Stir in vegetables. Heat gently until hot & serve.
