GARNISH OPTION
2 lychee fruits optional

cut and grate cherry tomato and discard skin...##.seive out extra juice if your tomato is very very juicy
add 1 tbsp of olive oil and season with dash of salt and pepper
SERVE OPTION
dived equally on 2 slice of toasted bread and top with a dash of extra olive oil and top with lychee
