Ingredients maryland crab cakes


2 Sleeves of Ritz Crackers crushed
2 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
1 tbsp Parsley or to taste
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 Raw egg
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 as needed Seafood seasoning (Phillips or Old Bay)
1 lb Jumbo lump crabmeat

how to make maryland crab cakes


Combine all ingredients, except crabmeat, until pasty.


Slowly fold in crabmeat without breaking it up. Form into patties and fry in a combination of olive oil and butter until golden, about 2-3 minutes each side.
