Ingredients kungpao chicken


Chicken

Sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic chopped
20 grams onion chopped
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp chili sauce
1 tbsp salty soy sauce
4 dried chili chopped
1/2 tsp pepper
100 ml water

75 grams peanut

how to make kungpao chicken


Marinate chicken with garlic , pepper , and salt . Let stand 30 minutes .


Fried chicken until half-dry, drain.


Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
