hamburger buns

Ingredients hamburger buns


180 ml water
2 eggs
30 ml olive oil
450 grams flour
30 grams fresh yeast or 15g dry yeast
25 grams sugar
10 grams salt
1 sesame seeds
1 egg

how to make hamburger buns


Mix water eggs olive oil


Mix flour dry yeast sugar salt


Combine flour mixture and water mixture


Stir until dough is formed and knead for 10 minutes


Put dough in bowl covered for 1 hour to rise until double in size


Divide in 10 equal pieces and form them as balls


Let them rest for 15 minutes covered


Gently press them and reform as balls for couple of times to firm them up


Put them on greasy tray and let them rise until triple in size(about 1 hour), covered


Beat 1 egg and brush over each bun and sprinkle sesame seeds over


Preheat oven at 200 Celsius and bake for 10-15 minutes


Use them to make tasty burgers
