Ingredients fried spicy eggplant
1 medium eggplant
60 grams flour
1 tbsp chilli powder
1 shallot (finely chop)
1 cloves garlic (finely chop)
100 ml water
1 tsp salt
300 ml cooking oil
how to make fried spicy eggplant
slice the eggplant like so..
mix all the ingredient except cooking oil and slice eggplant. The batter should be little bit thick texture, so adjust the amount of water
Deep fry the eggplant, turn to the other side when one side has cooked. Fry until golden brown.
