Ingredients french crepes
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup flour
1 pinch salt
3 tbsp melted butter
3 eggs beaten
2 lemons
1/4 cup powered sugar
how to make french crepes
Combine all ingredients and mix until only a few lumps remain
Heat a large pan over medium to low heat.
When a drop of water in the pan sizzles it is ready.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan.
Moving quickly, turn the pan so the batter goes to the edges
Cook until the edges start to curl, then flip.
Cook for another minute or so until golden on both sides.
Drizzle lemon juice and powdered sugar onto crepe, fold and sprinkle with more powered sugar.
