Ingredients extra crispy spicy hand cut fries


5 large White potatoes
1 1/2 liter peanut oil
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Cut all your potatoes length wise. I like to place all my chips in a large bowl of cold salted water. About 20 minutes or so.


In a large pot add your peanut oil and turn on high. Or, if you have a deep fryer use as directed.


In a large zip lock bag add your all purpose flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and your cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.


Add all you chips and shake until all are coated.


Place your coated chips carefully into your oil. Cook until golden brown.
