coronation chicken

Ingredients coronation chicken


200 grams (7oz) greek yoghurt
1/2 jar of good korma sauce
4 cooked chicken breastsshredded
50 grams saltanas
10 grams fresh corrianderchopped
1 pitta bread to serve green salad
1 salt and freshly ground black pepper
1 juice and zest of lemon
2 gala applesthinly sliced

how to make coronation chicken


In a large bowl,mix the yoghurt and korma sauce together.season well with salt and pepper.


next in a bowl stir the lemon juice and zest into the sliced apples.Then add the yoghurt mix ,alone with shredded cooked chicken,saltanas and chopped coriander.


serve with toasted pita bread cut into slices,and green salad.
