Ingredients chicken maui


Boneless chicken breast
Oil
Garlic powder
Beaten eggs
Cornstarch
Sauce
1/2 cup Chicken broth
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup White vinegar
3 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp Soy sauce

how to make chicken maui


Preheat oven to 350°F


Turn on deep fryer to 375°F or use stove pan to fry using the oil


For the sauce, mix all ingredients well and put in fridge until ready to use


Cut chicken into small pieces


Sprinkle garlic powder on the small pieces of chicken


Then dip chicken in the beaten egg


Then dip chicken in the cornstarch


Put chicken in fryer and take out when chicken has risen or after 3 minutes


Put chicken in long baking dish and pour the sauce over it


Bake in oven for 10 minutes


Serve with rice and broccoli
