Ingredients banan cake
2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
5 overly riped banana
2 large eggs
1 tsp banana or vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegestable oil
how to make banan cake
pre heat oven to 180°c
in a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, and set it aside.
in another bowl, mix all the wet ingredient including the mashed banana.
mix the wet and the dry ingredients together and place the mixture into a prepared pan. and bake until you can smell the aroma of the banana's... i bake mine for 50 min.
